The PMB Mental Health Society is a long established non-government organization (NGO) rendering services to persons with mental disabilities (since 1945). These direct services include social work, residential care and protective employment. Indirect services to individuals and communities focus on mental health awareness, community development and education.

The Society is governed by a Board of Management, comprising professionals, businessmen and parents of consumers. The Society employs about 87 staff members comprising Social Workers, Professional Nurses, CareGivers, Workshop Instructors, maintenance and admin staff.

The catering, gardening services, cleaning & laundry are out-sourced and are supplied by: Capitol Caterers; Mediguard & JP Garden Services. Red Alert and Watchdog Alarms & Security Surveillance ensures the security of the various properties.
